Important Instructions for Applicant Organization (AO)
- Bharat InformationTechnologies (BIT) reserves the right of granting and/or rejecting authorization to any applicant/s,without assigning any reason/s whatsoever to anyone.
- Applicant Organization (AO) should read all instructions and process details before application process.
- If Applicant Organization (AO) applies from Area and completes the process then it does not mean that they become Bharat Information Technologies (BIT) Authorized Center. BIT reserves the right of granting and/or rejecting authorization to any applicant/s, without assigning any reason/s whatsoever to anyone.
Terms and Conditions for Applicant Organization (AO)
Authorization fees Rs.4000 is non-refundable or not transferable and it is for one year only. Center renewal fees will be chargeable Rs.1000 for the next year. Studentregistration fees, non-refundable or non-transferable under any circumstances.
We, Applicant Organization (AO) understand and agree that –
(i)The location of the proposed Centre shall be fixed only in the specific location as selected by us and the selected location shall not be changed by us anytime during, and subsequent to the 'Network Partner/Center Registration Process,
(ii)If AO will involve in doing any other course of BIT then their application will get cancelled/terminated immediately without any prior notice.
(iii) Bharat Information Technologies (BIT) reserves the right-
(a)To modify the terms and conditions of the Network Partner /Center Registration Process without any prior notice and Bharat Information Technologies (BIT) shall not be liable to anyone for any such modification/s;
(b) To discontinue/postpone the Network Partner/Center Registration Process (or any part thereof) with/without prior notice and Bharat Information Technologies (BIT) shall not be liable to anyone for any such discontinuation/postponement;
(c)Ofgranting and/or rejecting authorization to any applicant/s, without assigning any reason/s whatsoever to anyone.
(iv)In case we are granted authorization-
(a) we are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and login account given by Bharat Information Technologies (BIT) and fully responsible for all activities that occur thereunder;
(b) We shall abide by the various Rules, Regulations, Code of Conduct, Guidelines, Communications, Norms issued and specified by Bharat Information Technologies (BIT) from time to time.
